Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "580jl," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 580jl platform at 580jl.app, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the 580jl website accessible at 580jl.app and any associated mobile applications or services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any 580jl service.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the 580jl Platform.
• "Wallet" means the electronic account balance associated with a Player's registered account on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account under a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required for all 580jl accounts prior to withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose license 580jl operates.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 580jl Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 580jl.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the 580jl Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on the 580jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online casino gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 580jl or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, including any self-exclusion recorded with PAGCOR's responsible gaming registry.
• You must not be registered on any government list restricting participation in gaming activities.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the 580jl Platform. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances in accordance with applicable regulations.

During or after registration, 580jl may require you to submit KYC documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (SSS card, driver's license, PhilHealth card, UMID, or Philippine passport). Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Responsibilities

As the registered holder of a 580jl account, you accept sole responsibility for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, except where 580jl's own security failure is the direct cause of unauthorised access.
• Ensuring that the personal information registered on your account remains accurate, current, and complete. You must notify 580jl promptly of any material changes to your registration details.
• Ensuring that you do not permit any third party to access or use your 580jl account. Sharing account access is strictly prohibited.

580jl reserves the right to require additional verification at any time, including re-submission of KYC documents, if we reasonably believe that account security may have been compromised or that the registered account holder's identity requires re-confirmation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

580jl supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without advance notice.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours during normal operating hours.
• First Withdrawal: All first withdrawals require completed KYC verification as mandated by PAGCOR. 580jl will not process any withdrawal to an unverified account.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: 580jl applies a withdrawal method matching policy where withdrawals are directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to applicable daily limits.

580jl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 580jl's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

580jl offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 580jl reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is disclosed at the point of offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are published in the applicable promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain table games may have reduced contribution rates.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• 580jl prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players.
• 580jl reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

Gaming Rules

All games available on the 580jl Platform are governed by their individual game rules published within the Platform, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

• RNG Certification: All slot, bingo, and virtual games use Random Number Generator technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness.
• Live Games: Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the applicable game variant as displayed on-screen prior to each round. In the event of a technical interruption to a live game session, the Platform will apply the relevant game provider's official disconnection and dispute resolution procedures.
• Disputed Outcomes: If you believe a game outcome was incorrect, you must contact 580jl support within seven (7) days of the disputed event, providing your account ID, the relevant game round ID, the date and time of the event, and a description of the dispute.
• Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction or technical fault that affects the integrity of a game round, 580jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' wallets. Any winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not payable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 580jl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate Platform operations.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to defraud the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a documented technical error are not payable and will be voided.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Accessing the Platform for commercial purposes, including selling account access or wagering services to third parties.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 580jl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, video content, and sound recordings — is the intellectual property of 580jl or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 580jl.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 580jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds arising from network interruptions, device failure, or internet connectivity issues outside 580jl's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform, which the Player accepts are an inherent risk of gaming participation.
• Loss of data arising from circumstances outside 580jl's control, provided that 580jl has implemented reasonable data backup and security measures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 580jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

580jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through your account settings or by contacting 580jl support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play durations with automatic session termination.
• Reality Check Reminders: Enable pop-up notifications at set intervals displaying your session duration and net gaming result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your 580jl account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the requested duration and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

580jl enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

Suspension & Termination

580jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where 580jl reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A regulatory or law enforcement requirement mandates account restriction.
• The account holder has been placed on PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach by the Player, 580jl reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the balance is confirmed to be legitimately owned by the Player and no legal hold applies, 580jl will return the Real Money balance net of any outstanding obligations to the Player's last verified payment method.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the 580jl Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through 580jl's internal dispute resolution process.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and PAGCOR's applicable regulations, PAGCOR's regulations shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Amendments

580jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 580jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
