580jl ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") is the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 580jl.app, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). 580jl is the Personal Information Controller (PIC) as defined under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) in respect of the personal data of players and visitors processed through the 580jl Platform.
As the Personal Information Controller, 580jl determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the Platform and bears primary responsibility for compliance with RA 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

How We Use Your Data
580jl uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- To register and maintain your 580jl account and verify your identity pursuant to PAGCOR KYC requirements.
- To process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions through GCash, Maya, and partner banks.
- To deliver gaming services, including game history records, bonus crediting, and VIP loyalty programme management.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activity on the Platform.

Cookies & Tracking
The 580jl Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, maintain your session, and analyse Platform usage. The categories of cookies used are as follows:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your 580jl account. These cannot be disabled without breaking core Platform functionality.

Data Retention

- Transaction and Financial Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with Philippine financial regulation and BIR requirements.
- KYC Documentation: Retained for the duration of the account relationship plus five (5) years, as mandated by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.
- Communications Records: Customer support logs retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of the consent plus three (3) years as evidence of lawful marketing communication.
- Technical and Log Data: Retained for thirteen (13) months for security and fraud investigation purposes.

Your Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), you have the following rights in respect of your personal data held by 580jl:
- Right to be Informed: The right to receive clear information about how your personal data is collected, used, and shared — as provided in this Privacy Policy.

- Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transmission to another controller, where technically feasible.
- Right to Complain: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe 580jl has not handled your personal data in accordance with RA 10173.
To exercise any of these rights, contact 580jl's Data Protection Officer at the address provided in Section 15. 580jl will respond to all rights requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Complex requests may require up to thirty (30) business days, with notification to you of the extended timeline.
SECTION 12
Children's Privacy
The 580jl Platform is strictly intended for persons aged twenty-one (21) years or older. 580jl does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
If 580jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will immediately close the associated account, return any deposited funds to the source payment method, and delete all personal data associated with that account as soon as practicable and in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child (under 21) has registered on the 580jl Platform, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the contact details in Section 15.
SECTION 13
Cross-Border Transfers
580jl primarily processes personal data on servers located within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data outside the Philippines — for example, to access internationally hosted game content servers or cloud infrastructure — 580jl ensures that such transfers are conducted with appropriate safeguards, including:
- Contractual data processing agreements requiring the recipient to apply data protection standards equivalent to those required under RA 10173.
- Transfers only to countries or entities recognised by the National Privacy Commission as providing adequate protection for personal data.
- Technical controls including encryption of all data in transit, regardless of the jurisdiction of the receiving server.
SECTION 14
Changes to This Policy
580jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulations, or our data processing practices. When material changes are made, 580jl will provide notice to registered players through:
- A prominent notice on the 580jl Platform homepage and login page.
- An in-app notification or email to your registered contact address, no less than seven (7) days before the effective date of the change.
